In california right now visiting brother +other relations. Various stupid bad things happened en route to put a damper on any potential fun. Things could be worse.
If I end up living in this here Oakland/SanFrancisco area, I'd prefer to have a studio apartment somewhere near the downtown SF area. It ain't as hilly as all that other real estate, which is important for pedestrians. And I am sooo pedestrian.
Actually not sure if the area I'm thinking of is considered "downtown". It's where the tall buildings are, anyhow.
Also, I want no pets. Pets are a big hassle.
SanFrancisco gets intense fog at night which catches all the light from the city and makes it so it never gets darker than dusk. At least, while I was there it was like that. I like the look and feel of SF way better than Seattle, but still not familiar enough with the place to render any final judgment.
Look at me, I'm talking like I have money or something- like I have a choice where I live. Ha!
I should lay down now, but there's an icky gargoyle of a cat making grunting noises over my sleeping bag. Hope I don't lay down in something ill. Good night.
